Ondaatje Postgraduate Scholarship is inviting credible applicants who are willing to partake in its ongoing 2022 Scholarship programme at the University Of Buckingham.
The University of Buckingham (UB) was founded as the University College at Buckingham (UCB) in 1973 and is one of the oldest of the country’s five private universities.
The university was closely linked to Margaret Thatcher, who as Education Secretary oversaw the creation of the university college in 1973, and as Prime Minister was instrumental in elevating it to a university in 1983.

The scholarships are worth up to £4,000 each towards the tuition fees for one year’s postgraduate study.
Requirements for University Of Buckingham Masters Scholarship Qualification
- The University Of Buckingham Ondaatje Postgraduate Scholarship is open to overseas students who want to pursue their undergraduate degree in the University of Buckingham and to the Buckingham graduates, who want to pursue their postgraduate degree at Massey College, University of Toronto.
- The scholarship awarded is worth £4,000 each towards postgraduate study for one year.
How to Apply
Anyone interested in applying for the Ondaatje Scholarship should already have the offer of a place at Buckingham for postgraduate study, but cannot apply once they have commenced their Master’s degree. Completed applications should be emailed to: [email protected]
