Requirements for The Bowman Scholarships Qualification
To be eligible, you must meet the following criteria:
- be living in the UK
- be a forced migrant as defined by UCL
- be in financial need as assessed by UCL (i.e. with a household income below £42,875) – please refer to the application guidance notes
- not have qualifications which allow you to apply directly to undergraduate degrees (e.g. full A levels)
- not have completed undergraduate study
- intend to study for a UCL undergraduate degree (excluding, Fine Art BA/BFA, Medicine MBBS, and Medical Sciences Engineering BSc)
- be able to live in London and support yourself financially for the academic year.
How to Apply
We receive applications at the UCL Centre for Languages & International Education (CLIE).
- First, show your interest by emailing the UPC admissions coordinator.
- You’ll then be invited to a pre-application ‘first contact’ discussion with our admissions coordinator.
- After this meeting, we’ll send you a link to complete your online application. Please read our application guidance notes carefully before applying.
