International Higher Education Scholarship Program is inviting credible applicants who are willing to partake in its ongoing 2022 Scholarship programme at the TaiwanICDF.
The International Cooperation and Development Fund (TaiwanICDF) helps to boost socio-economic development, enhance human resources, and promote economic relations in a range of developing partner countries.

Requirements for International Cooperation and Development Fund (Taiwan ICDF) Masters Scholarship Qualification
- Applicants must belong to one of the eligible countries and must not be national of the Republic of China (Taiwan) nor an overseas compatriot student.
- Applicants of TaiwanICDF International Higher Education Scholarship Program, 2022 must meet the admission requirements of the partner universities.
- All the requirements for a Resident Visa (Code: FS) must also be met by the applicants.
- Candidates applying for TaiwanICDF International Higher Education Scholarship Program, 2022 must not be in receipt of other ROC (Taiwan) government-sponsored scholarships simultaneously.
- Previous recipients of TaiwanICDF scholarship, MOFA’s Taiwan Scholarship or a MOE scholarship must have returned to their home country for at least a year before reapplying.
- Applicants must not have any record of scholarship revoked by the ROC (Taiwan) government agency or related institution.
- Candidates must not be expelled from any university in Taiwan.
Documents Required for Application
- Letters of reference (two)
- A copy of passport representing the nationality of the student.
- Highest level diploma and official transcripts
- Copies of the applicant’s English proficiency certificate
- Any other documents specifically requested by an ROC (Taiwan) Embassy/ Consulate (General)/ Representative Office/ Taiwan Technical Mission or project representative.
